Visual results are leads

Results are possible matches from third-party public indexes. They are not warranties of identity, ownership, accuracy, completeness, freshness, or fitness for a decision. A visually similar photo can belong to a different person, and an empty result does not mean a photo is unused.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and payment information.
• Use photos and results lawfully and in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Review original source context before relying on a result.
• Protect your account and do not share access for bulk searching.

Credits and purchases

• One search reserves 10 credits when it starts. The reservation is captured only after at least one usable result has been saved.
• Subscription credits are granted monthly and do not carry over; unused credits expire at the end of each billing month.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
• Credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Your remaining balance and every upcoming expiry date are shown on your billing page — check there, as we do not currently send an expiry reminder by email.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support with your order reference and we will refund the unused portion.

Credits captured for a successfully completed search are not refundable merely because you dislike or later delete the sources. By confirming a search you agree that it begins immediately and that you lose your right to withdraw from that completed digital service where applicable law permits.

• If a search fails, times out, or completes without any usable source, its credit reservation is returned automatically even if the third-party provider charged FindFace for the query.
• If a search is blocked before it starts — an invalid image, a failed face check, or a policy rejection — no credits are spent.
• Credits spent on searches you later delete are not returned; deletion removes your data, it does not reverse a completed service.

Third-party services

FindFace relies on third-party visual search, payment, hosting, authentication, and storage providers, which are named in the Privacy Policy. Availability and result coverage can change. FindFace does not control third-party source pages or their content.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud, payment failure, legal risk, provider restrictions, or attempts to bypass product controls.

Questions and disputes

Before starting a formal dispute, write to support@rockhammerlabs.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
