Billing and usage terms
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel through the billing portal at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
- Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- One-time credits expire 365 days after purchase. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support with the order reference.
- A search reserves 10 credits when it starts and spends them only after at least one usable result is saved. Failed, timed-out, and no-result searches return the reservation automatically.
- All searches are started manually. Max does not include batch upload, public API access, automated monitoring, database building, or resale rights.
