Acceptable Use
FindFace is for reviewing public visual sources—not for tracking, exposing, or making high-risk decisions about people.
Legitimate purpose required
You may use FindFace only for a lawful, legitimate purpose involving public visual sources. You are responsible for the photo you submit, your authority to use it, and how you act on any result.
Prohibited people and targets
- Do not search for minors or submit images that may depict a minor.
- Do not search for a person subject to a protective order or a person who has told you to stop contacting them.
- Do not use FindFace to track intimate partners, employees, tenants, customers, protesters, or vulnerable people.
Prohibited decisions
- Employment, hiring, workplace discipline, or worker monitoring.
- Credit, lending, insurance, housing, education, or benefits eligibility.
- Law-enforcement identification, criminal accusations, or vigilante investigations.
- Health, sexuality, religion, ethnicity, political opinion, or other sensitive-trait inference.
Prohibited conduct
- Stalking, harassment, doxxing, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, or public exposure.
- Bulk, automated, or systematic face searches.
- Attempts to bypass account, device, rate, payment, or geographic controls.
- Redistributing locked results or creating a searchable database from FindFace output.
Result handling
A visual result is not proof of identity, account ownership, misconduct, or fraud. You must review the original source context and avoid publishing accusations based on FindFace output.
Enforcement
FindFace may limit, suspend, or terminate access; preserve relevant audit information; and report credible threats or unlawful conduct where required. To report a misuse of this service, or a search you believe involves you, write to support@rockhammerlabs.com.
